We employ a process that ensures we only present candidates that are a 90% or higher fit for your organization. And it’s why our clients only need to see an average of three candidates for each search assignment we complete.

The following criteria must be met to be eligible for client status:

  • The company must be viewed by their industry peers as being in the top 25% of their designated market vertical or geographic area.
  • The company must be so committed to securing the strongest talent that HR protocol is secondary to talent acquisition. Exceptional candidates call for exceptions to the rules.
  • The company must be exposed to our Morgan Methodology “Innerviewing” process. This will allow them to be in sync with our candidate evaluation process and minimize surprises during the process. We will provide training and guidance as a value added service to our clients.
  • The company’s word and signed fee agreement must be their bond of integrity.
  • The hiring managers of the clients we serve will be of character that we would feel comfortable inviting to our homes for dinner with our families.
